Young Researcher Grants

Free registration grants for the conference are available this year.

Eligibility criteria

• Be a student, postdoctoral researcher or engineer affiliated with a French laboratory OR be a french student, postdoctoral researcher or engineer in a foreign lab.

• Be the first author of a poster accepted at the conference.

Grant application timeline

• January 20, 2026 – Opening of applications

• January 27, 2026 – Application deadline

• February 3, 2026 – Notification of results

Application procedure

Any application submitted before January 20, 2026, or not following the instructions below, will not be considered.

To apply, please send an email to iabm2026@sciencesconf.org including the following:

• Email subject: “[Grant] IABM Grant Application”

• Your submission number

• A PDF letter from your supervisor (internship supervisor, PhD or postdoctoral advisor) or head of department confirming your status (student, engineer, postdoctoral researcher) and briefly motivating the grant request. The file should be named lastname_firstname.pdf.
