Submission

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit an abstract of approximately 500 words (up to 4,000 characters including spaces), written in French or English. References are not included in the character count. The abstract must be preceded by a title, a list of authors, and their affiliations.

The abstract may describe ongoing work or present results that have been recently submitted or published in a scientific conference or journal.

Illustrations (optional)

Each submission may include up to two illustrative elements, in one of the following combinations:

• two figures
• one figure and one table
• two tables

Format and Submission Procedure

Submissions will be made via CMT, in PDF format. Further information will be provided at a later date.

The deadline for submitting an abstract is December 10, 2025.
